Re-Issuance Of Passport On Exi) Applicant can apply for re-issue of passport when its validity is expiring within one year.

ii) Application form for re-issue of passport can be filled up online at http://passport.gov.in/nri.

iii) Self attested copies of passport's first two and last two pages including all the pages of observation (if any), made by the Passport Issuing Authority.

iv) Copy of passport page containing visa/work permit/permanent residence status;

v) Three passport sized photographs (Coloured Photos of 5cm x 5cm with white background)

vi) A fee of Rand 1225/- (including ICWF Fee of Rand 25.00) is charged for re-issue of passport of 36-page passport and Rand 1625/- (including ICWF Fee of Rand 25.00) for 60-page passport.

vii) Payment can be made by EFT/credit/debit card. Details of the same are available on website www.blsindia-southafrica.com. Please note original proof of payment is required and photocopy, faxed copy or scanned copy is not acceptable.

viii) Proof of Residential address in South Africa

ix) Original passport/documents will be returned immediately after verification;

x) Any other document as specified by the Consular Officer;

PROCESSING TIME: UPTO ONE MONTH (Provided all necessary documents are submitted with the application and security status of applicant is clear)

Timing for submission of application: 08:00 to 14:30 hrs. (At VFS Global Centre)

Timing for collection of services: 15:00 to 16:00 hrs. (At VFS Global Centre)piry Of Its Validity
